Our Nethi Ariselu are more than just sweets—they’re a celebration pressed into shape. Whether it was Sankranthi mornings or deepam-lit evenings at home, there was always a steel dabba of ariselu sitting proudly on the counter. We’ve revived that same richness and warmth—each piece gently flattened by hand, slow-fried, and soaked in homemade ghee, just like ammamma made.

Soft, chewy, and drenched in ghee—Nethi Ariselu offer a melt-in-the-mouth experience with a gentle crisp edge. The deep, nutty flavor of rice pairs beautifully with jaggery’s warmth, while the ghee seeps into every bite, leaving behind the kind of satisfaction only a truly homemade sweet can deliver.

Every batch begins with hand-pounded rice flour, native jaggery, and fresh homemade ghee—no machines, no mixes, and absolutely no preservatives. We use Guntur-sourced ingredients to ensure authenticity: from jaggery blocks melted patiently over a wood flame to ghee stirred in small kadais by our local cooks. This is ariselu in its purest form.
