These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and Peravali Foods Private Limited (“Peravali Foods”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile site, social media pages and any related services or applications (collectively, the “Platform”), as well as any purchase of our handcrafted pickles, spice blends and snacks (“Products”).
By accessing the Platform, browsing any content or placing an order, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility

You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. Minors (persons under 18 years of age) should use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, audio clips, recipes and software—is either owned by Peravali Foods or used under licence. The trademarks “Peravali Foods” and related marks belong to us. You may view, download and print content solely for your personal, non‑commercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, licence, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
4. Account Registration and Security
Creating an account may be required for placing orders or accessing certain features. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
5. Products, Pricing and Availability

Our Products are handmade in small batches. As such, slight variations in taste, texture, colour or appearance are natural and do not indicate a defect.

Product descriptions, images and nutritional information on the Platform are provided for your reference. We endeavour to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur. In cases of discrepancies, please contact us before placing your order.

Prices, discounts and offers are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to pricing or descriptions, even after an order has been submitted.
- Product availability may vary. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event of unavailability after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide alternatives or a refund.
6. Order Process and Payment

We accept various payment methods through secure payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount (including applicable taxes and shipping fees).

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will send you an order confirmation email upon receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the Products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limitations on quantities, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

7. Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss
- We endeavour to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on the Platform. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout and added to your order total. Free or discounted shipping may be offered as part of promotional campaigns.

Title and risk of loss for the Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by the carrier, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Because our Products are perishable food items, returns are generally not accepted. In cases of damaged goods or incorrect orders, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with evidence (such as photographs) so that we can review your claim. Cancellation requests will be honoured if made before the order is dispatched. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Return and Cancellation Policy available on the Platform.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in the following activities:

Using automated scripts, bots or scraping technologies to access, query or harvest data from the Platform without our express written permission.
- Posting or transmitting any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, violent or otherwise objectionable.
- We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including removing the offending content, suspending or terminating accounts and reporting the user to law‑enforcement authorities.
10. User‑Generated Content
The Platform may allow you to submit reviews, comments, photos or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Peravali Foods a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content in any media. You represent that you own or control all rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights or violate any law. We may monitor, edit or remove User Content but are not obliged to do so.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Peravali Foods disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error‑free, secure or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peravali Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of Products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Peravali Foods, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform or your infringement of any intellectual‑property or other right of any person or entity.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable laws, the courts at [insert appropriate jurisdiction, e.g., Hyderabad or Ghaziabad] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed amended to achieve, as nearly as possible, the same effect while the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
