Peravali Foods is committed to delivering your order with safe packaging and timely service. We strive to bring our authentic Andhra flavours to your doorstep smoothly and reliably. If you have any special instructions, please add them in the comments section during checkout.
If you have any ingredient allergies, please contact us before placing your order for guidance.

Shipping & Delivery Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we use trusted delivery partners:

Delhivery / DTDC – for all local and domestic courier shipments
Rapido / Uber (Customer-Arranged) – Customers in Guntur can choose to book their own Rapido or Uber for quicker delivery, higher location accuracy, and transparent costing.
For locations outside Guntur – courier services will be used exclusively.

Note: Rapido/Uber is an optional customer-booked service.
Peravali Foods does not arrange Rapido/Uber pickups on your behalf.

We ship during regular working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders require 4–5 business days for preparation and processing before dispatch.

A tracking link will be shared once your order is shipped through our courier partners.

Damaged or Wrong Product Claims

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please share the following for quick resolution:

Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Shipping label
Short video*

Claims submitted without proper evidence may not be accepted.

Local Deliveries (Guntur & Nearby)

Standard deliveries will be fulfilled through DTDC , based on route availability.

For urgent or immediate pickup, customers may choose to book their own Rapido or Uber.

Peravali Foods is not responsible for delays or issues arising from customer-booked Rapido/Uber services.

Delivery Timings & Delays

Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like:

Weather conditions
Traffic
Courier backlogs
Festivals or public holidays
Customer unavailability

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Peravali Foods cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external circumstances.
