Welcome to Peravali Foods. We value your trust and strive to deliver fresh, high-quality, homemade food products. Please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully, as it outlines how we process claims for quality issues, damages, and cancellations.


1. No Returns (Perishable Food Policy)

All our items are fresh, perishable food products.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.


2. Quality Concerns

If you experience any of the following:

  • Unpleasant smell
  • Unusual or off taste
  • Texture issues
  • Visible spoilage

Please contact us immediately with supporting evidence.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
We can assist you in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged, leaking, or broken
  • Packaging appears tampered
  • You received a wrong item
Evidence You Must Provide

To process your claim, please submit:

Photos

  • The damaged or incorrect product
  • Inner packaging
  • Outer shipping box
  • Shipping label/invoice

Video (Required for Damage Claims)
Please send a clear 10–20 second video showing:

  • The unopened package
  • Opening the package while recording
  • Visible damage, leakage, or wrong item
  • Packaging condition from all sides

(This video helps us verify the issue and submit claims to our courier partners.)


4. How to Submit Photos & Videos

You can submit evidence through:

Submission Window:
All photos/videos must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper visual evidence cannot be processed.


5. Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of the goods.
  • If cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be issued after deducting 3% TDR charges.

6. Refund Process

After reviewing your submitted evidence:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 working days depending on your bank/payment provider.

7. Fraud & Abuse Monitoring

Peravali Foods reserves the right to:

  • Cancel high-risk or suspicious orders
  • Deny future services to users who misuse the system
  • Maintain a record of fraudulent activities

This ensures safety and fairness for all customers.
