Made in small batches in our Guntur kitchen, our Nalleru Karam Podi uses freshly cleaned nalleru leaves, sun-dried and stone-ground with Peravali – Guntur Red Chilli Powder and a hand-roasted masala mix that does full justice to this hardy green.
