We fill every boorelu by hand with a mix of freshly grated coconut, native jaggery, and a hint of cardamom, slow-cooked together until it reaches that perfect chewy-sweet consistency. The outer shell is made from soaked and stone-ground rice and urad dal batter, just the way our grandmothers did it. No processed flours, no pre-mixes—only real, honest ingredients sourced from farms around Guntur.
